Introducing Sales Seasonal Rates & Blackout Dates
You spoke. We listened. Now in the Quore Sales app you can add rate settings for Seasonal Rates and Blackout Dates. Corporate Negotiated Rates just got a whole lot easier.
Setting up a Negotiated Rate contract can be a tedious process, especially if your hotel has multiple rate seasons, tiers for extended stays and exclusions for blackout dates. Now Quore provides Sales teams with a powerful tool to meet these needs.
We're thrilled to announce the addition of Quore's new Rate Settings feature in the Sales App: create default rate settings for your hotel that are automatically imported into any new Negotiated Rate contract.
Log into Quore on any desktop device, click into the Settings tab of the Sales App and you'll notice a new option for Rate Settings. In this page, sales teams can set up rate defaults for each of their hotel's seasons, and even break them down into tiers for extended stays. You can also add Blackout Dates with the option to add rates.
The next time anyone in your sales team creates a new Negotiated Rate Booking in the Sales App, they can easily click to display these default rate settings with the ability to edit, delete, or add rates and blackout dates as needed for that unique booking.
The last step is adding these rates to your Corporate Contract template. We've added three new template modules that enable you to display your Seasonal/Corporate Rates, Blackout Dates, and Projected Rooms commitment from the Negotiated Rate Booking. Click into your Sales Contract Templates settings to add these new modules to an existing Corporate Contract template, or to create a new template. No more building from scratch. All of your rates, covered.
